You're one step closer to finding your purpose.
We’re all on a journey to become more like Jesus, and it’s a bonus to meet others and build relationships along the way.
We’d love to help you move forward!
Mill City Connect
Mill City Connect
Connect is a one-night opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal with some of our staff while exploring who we are as a church, where we are going, and what it looks like to get involved. We would love to host you.
Groups
Groups
Life transformation happens in the context of relationships. The journey of faith is designed to be done with others.
Baptism
Baptism
Water baptism is a physical representation of a spiritual reality – we are no longer dead in sin, but alive in Christ. Being lowered into the water symbolizes the death of an old life, and coming out of the water symbolizes new life in Jesus.
Prayer
Prayer
Prayer is most effective when it isn’t something we do every now and then, but when it’s a lifestyle we cultivate. So, how do we make prayer a part of our everyday life? We’ve got everything you need to get started.
Serve
Serve
Our love in action has the potential to change the world. We come alongside incredible organizations in our region so we can live out our calling to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
Lift Team
Lift Team
This group of servant-hearted people are committed to serving and lifting others by owning our vision, carrying our values, and making church happen. Everyone who has completed Mill City Connect is invited to join the Lift Team.
Alpha
Alpha
Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the meaning of life and the Christian faith over eight weeks. Each session looks at a different question about faith and is designed to create a conversation, free of judgment and pressure, around life, meaning, and the person of Jesus.
Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship
The Mill City Church Apprenticeship program is designed to help you develop as a Kingdom leader, cultivate a greater understanding of Scripture and its application to cultural issues, and grow in love for Jesus.
Apprenticeship is for all ages and stages of life. Structured around cohorts, you will journey with others as we focus on three areas:
Theological Training
A.W. Tozer said, “What comes to your mind when you think about God is the most important thing about you.” Our understanding of who God is, His redemptive plan, and our place in it has direct impact on our life and leadership.
Leadership Development
Psalm 78:72 says, “David shepherded with integrity of heart and with skillful hands he led them.” We need to grow in personal character (interior) and practical leadership skills (exterior) to be most effective.
Spiritual Formation
Dallas Willard said, “We do not drift toward Christlikeness.” It takes intentional practice with others to be shaped into a person of love for the sake of others.
