// Grant MacAlmon
After stops throughout the Midwest, Grant settled in Colorado at the age of six. Grant graduated from Oral Roberts University with a theology degree in pastoral Christian ministries. After spending twelve years in parachurch ministry, Grant serves as the City Groups pastor, striving to see God’s Kingdom come alive through the small group where people are known in genuine community.
Grant fell in love with his wife Nicole as they shared many meals together at a common table in the ORU cafeteria. Nicole has a degree in graphic design, but now spends the bulk of her time and talents on effectively running a household and raising their four children: Brayden, Carter, Adassah, and Garrison.
Grant likes the sound and smell of the Rocky Mountain forest, operating a precisely-tuned miter saw, and feasting with his precious family on one of Nicole’s delectable home-cooked meals; he dislikes smudged eye glasses, the smell of cooking garlic, and the rise of the commonly arrogant athlete in sports today.
